  • ChatGPT / AI demo quality depends on network conditions and GPT service availability on the day. Weston Robot has no control over ChatGPT performance.
  • Event indemnification, liability and insurance terms are addressed in the formal signed agreement issued by Weston Robot — not in this catalogue.
  • All pricing in USD, valid as of October 2025 update. Final quotation supersedes catalogue pricing.

💳 Payment Terms

  • All bookings are confirmed when the full payment amount is received.
  • Payment is invoiced in USD; corporate bank transfer (telegraphic transfer) is the default method.
  • Payment must clear into Weston Robot's account within the lead-time window for the booking to remain valid.
  • Bank charges, FX fees, and intermediary remittance fees are borne by the customer.
  • Singapore customers may request SGD invoicing at the prevailing FX rate on quote date (subject to confirmation).
